Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing data in order to evaluate the efficiency of company’s sourcing spends, evaluate various vendors, forecast outlook of supply markets,   formulate optimal sourcing strategies and so on while maintaining relationships with company’s suppliers as well buyers (both external and internal).
- Analyzing data to determine optimal inventory targets for various products and locations, further tracking the actual inventory and customer service goals achieved,   and keeping inventory levels low while meeting customer service goals.
- Working closely with purchasing, warehousing and transportation teams to ensure optimal deployment of merchandises so that customer service goals are   achieved at minimal cost.
- Preparing monthly logistics and supply chain management analytical reports for the company’s senior management, and recommend changes to improve supply   chain management functions, delivery, cost performance, and inventory levels.
- Optimizing logistics processing procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sourcing, import, marketing, sales,   warehousing, logistics, and quality assurance.
